Monday has come and gone, so lets see how teams did this league week, and who the 3 stars of the week are! 3rd Star: Wsheikh90, 2 clean sheets, 8.15 AMR, 19/23 passing Sheikh has led Wolfsburg defense in match rating, and had a huge night last night. As Wolfsburg made their clean sheet streak stretch to 8 games, he receives the third star. 2nd Star: KevinSLB1302, 1 goal, 1 assist, 2 MOTM Kevin has made this list a lot, and there's a reason why. He's a prolific striker who's been creating goals almost every game. He's also nabbed 2 man of the match awards, which puts him above the rest. 1st Star: Argo2315, 2 goals, 1 assist A great night for Argo as he scored a brace against Dortmund, and also an assist in a rough draw to Berlin. Wolfsburg (8-0-0) -- They STILL haven't conceded a goal yet. They do have a bit of a weakness in their attack, as they aren't scoring a lot. If a team cracks their impenetrable defense, they likely can spoil their hopes of an invincible or wins-only season. 2. Bayern Munich (6-1-1) -- They're still strong, but there are some cracks, they struggled last night. Overall they lost a lot of depth over the change from each season. They've shored up these issues a little, but this team is weaker than last seasons side on every aspect but attack. Badr and Respecgonize have been contributing perfectly up top, but this top heavy side has had some errors in the back. 3. Borussia Monchengladbach (2-4-2) -- A weak first week was only a mirage. This is a strong side, but they do need to keep pushing if they want 4 to be possible. That will be tricky as they are already 12 points behind Wolfsburg. 4. FC Köln (3-3-2) +3 Köln looks strong! They've had some good results and really can't be underestimated. They need to avoid silly losses, like their 3-0 loss to Bayern, but otherwise they should be good. 5. Union Berlin (2-4-2) -1 Berlin has had a strong start, and should be able to keep it up! They've been getting strong pieces and should be even stronger as the season progresses! 6. Bayer Leverkusen (1-5-2) -- They remind me of last season's Schalke, with just so many draws! This team has had some management changes, but they should be under better leadership, and can easily rebound back into a top side. 7. Schalke 04 (2-3-3) -2 They haven't convinced me yet that they are as good as last year. The pieces are there, and they do still look good, but the results just aren't. They are closely matched in the rankings with Leverkusen and Berlin though! 8. RB Leipzig (0-1-7) +1 "Stun you're delusional, why is Leipzig at 8th when they have 1 point?" Well it seems that they're back functioning well, as they were very strong against Bayern. The real question, however, is this: was that a one match special as Bayern have historically struggled vs. Leipzig, or is this team ready to be a threat again? 9. Borussia Dortmund (2-3-3) -1 Dortmund have struggled a bit this week, although they've been managing to draw more games! BroadwayCJ is making a clear case for himself as a Golden Glove candidate with him bailing out this weak side night in and night out. His attack isn't giving him a lot of help. If this team works out its issues, it can shock a lot of people, and CJ is doing his part. 10. SC Freiburg (1-2-5) -- This team has struggled for a while now, even with the leading scorer. They've been quite unlucky sometimes, they just need to make sure they can keep being strong. They're very underrated, and shouldn't be tossed aside as a weak team, but aren't doing good enough to not justify 10th so far.
