Like I've said. This diet is not a starving diet. I eat more than enough. Every meal I get full, some meals I get absolutely stuffed to where I can't eat anymore. Like tonights dinner. I don't know what a meal consists of for you but what I am eating. . . Definitely more than enough. It sounds like eating one of your meals would now have me puking after.

It is a starving Diet, you aren't starving your stomach you are starving you biological needs.

Every step you take, every time you breathe in and out you burn calories for fuel. And if you are running or beating on a heavy bag you are expending a crap load more.

So you fueling yourself half the day is starving yourself.

Lol I definitely am eating enough for how much activity I have in my life. When you run low on those nutrients you start showing signs. As I've said, I am feeling phenomenal. Diets and food intake are completely different from person to person. As Lewis Black has said, "Diets are extremely tricky. What is good for one person will kill the next person."

Anyways this awesome diet talk will have to go on hold till tomorrow. It's sleep time.

I really don't care about health. This **** is aesthetics to me. If I gave a **** about my health I probably wouldn't have weighed 330 pounds in college.

Lol I didn't care. I still don't care enough to learn enough about it as orbie but I have come to respect it more than I did lol. You are probably taller than me but I started out around there also. 335 on the nose I believe.

Starting the Dj Tanner diet from full house. A saltine cracker, some water, 50 miles on the treadmill.

I weighed 330 in college. Lost 110 pounds in 4 months, got got down to 200 after another 4 months. 4 years later got back to 270 due to extreme neglect of every aspect of my life.

You know your own body better then Shawn Lavie ever will.

    Do yo thang.

a few weeks ago I started taking this pre-workout supplement called Jack3d (mostly a combination of arginine, creatine, and caffeine). ever heard of it? gives you a ridiculous pump, feels like you could do cardio and lift for hours, will lift more weight, and doesn't come with crappy side affects like an upset stomach. Post workout I consume 60 grams of protein, a protein power from GNC called Wheybolic extreme. eat as much tuna, brown rice, and vegetables as I can. stopped drinking during the week which helps, but make up for it on the weekend. tonight it's time to party.

guess it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish, but you are hardly getting enough protein farva. that's when protein powder comes in handy. and the protein you get from milk is much different than protein you get from meat or a protein powder.

1500 calories a day is a starving diet. you may lose weight, but that doesn't mean you are healthy. but maybe you are like gerbox and could care less about health. again, i don't know what you are trying to accomlish and i sure am no expert, but if you are only consuming 1500 calories a day i assume you are trying to lose weight.

In his situation I would agree it's not a bad thing to do what farva is doing. He has alot of weight he is trying to cut

I used to use creatine when I was like 17, this was before it got all popular and actual study's were done on it. It did give my muscle alot more energy to keep pushing through reps i didn't think possible. I stay away from all that now, it's alot of maintenence taking creating. You gotta go on it for 3 weeks, or it for 3 weeks and when you take it you gotta drink a ton of water becuase it dehydrates you and its also hard on the liver if you don't.

I take some protein and a multivitamin

drinking a ton of water is very good for you, but if for any reason you can't or don't. You got that creating dehytrating you right there.

I take a one a day as well. Taking that for now until i do some research on others.

I take that other main vitamin. I think it's centrum or centrium. Something like that. Tons of water.

i don' think there is alot of creatine in that Jack3d stuff, but i drink a lot of water anyway.

i heard centrum doesn't digest well and you end up shiitting out the pill. not sure if that rumor is true, but that's why i chose one a day.

Metal - Your product just might have a bit of creatine in it to help you boost, if it's not the pure creatine you don't have anything to worry about. There isn't enough research on creatine and enough solid info on it's safety for me to use the pure stuff anymore.

Centrum I don't know anything about. I do know One a Day got very good reviews.. I have One a Day men's the store i went to didn't have One a Day Pro which is for athletic men. I'll probably work my way into high performance vitamins eventually... I know GNC has stuff like "mega men" and things like that, but it's 6 pills that you take during the day which is ridicccculous.

I just started taking the one a days about 5 days ago... and for the last 3 days have been getting these pains in the back of my head like headaches i've never gotten before.
