Answers in bold, sir. I'm done discussing it though I'm just repeating myself at this point, I'm not trying to sound bitter about it because it truly doesn't affect me very much.

Good luck to Abbotsford and their new/old roster in the Playoffs.

I sent you a PM congratulating you on a playoff run and a good series. I guess I won't be doing that again. Also, Dinde is actually French.

To summarize your argument. You stated you would not care if a training camp player took another players roster spot. However, it does matter to you if a NHL player took another players roster spot. It also matters when a player takes another players roster spot, as you feel it is better if the player loses their spot earlier in the season.

Your argument is essentially summarized by this equation:

player does not deserve to lose roster spot = (time frame that replaced player spent with team) x (point in the season the player got replaced) / (quality of player who is replacing them)

Great series by Abbotsford , better team of the 2 and we deserved to get sweeped in 4. I learned alot this season in LG and will see you guys next season hopefully managing a team again ! Good luck to everyone going on in the play-offs.

Hope you'll stop saying shit to us now that we beat you three games in a row without using our new players. It's not that we have not acause beacoup points to the attack that is not good, we play a more defensive style that allows us to win so we made fewer points. Good game is tonight against the line of the nhl, by the way this is not a line, it's just two players, the worse they are not so crazy anyway, but, really better than the players they have taken away. Good luck with the rest of the series and in your upcoming seasons

Anyone here noticing the only people defending what ABB did are players from their team?

The timing of the moves is absolutely what differentiates them. Every counter-argument Abbotsford used are transactions that happened in the first half of the season. Where the players who lost their roster spot could continue playing and make an impact elsewhere, if they chose. While the players sent up to Calgary are done for the year, after contributing to their teams success for the entire season and thus earning a right to some playoff action. I've never seen someone attack Abbotsford before this, your management seemed remorseful for the decision they made but owned up to it saying it was the better choice for the team. Fair enough, but don't expect it to be forgotten and looked at as just another roster move that happens over the course of the season.

Because while this league is a "simulation" of real life league structures and rules (sort of), it's not a simulation of what it's like to be a professional hockey player. I know, shocking. So when someone spends a few nights a week for 2 months in the summer playing a video game, when they could likely be spending their time elsewhere, it seems a little greasy to some of the community that those players are being told they can't take part in the playoffs that they helped put their team in a position to participate in. And when most teams don't have the luxury of a NHL affiliate being eliminated themselves it's difficult for most to sympathize with you. Just call it what it is and move on, because fair or not, the move will be on the mind of some when they think of your team during these playoffs.

Also, other teams made similiar moves to a lesser degree last week, so not sure why it's only Abbotsford taking heat.

With the amount of times crass has been called a cheater this season, it's safe to say this is not an all of a sudden thing. However people caring about what the heat do in the west is. Always in our shadow

I completely agree with what ABB did. DPs have 2-way contracts. Why not use that to your advantage if the NHL team has been eliminated? Ever tone is bitching about it and trying to act like they have morals. It's an online hockey league people. There are no morals involved. You do what you can within the rules to make your team better. Most GMs would have done the same thing if they had they chance. Don't be mad that KB thought of it first.
