Along with the topic in the NHL, there is a number of history with AHL teams and stats in the previous seasons of LG. So I pose this question to the community, and we will create an all time AHL record book.
i think it should be since the merge, yeah theres been alot of hockey before it but to me the merge brought in a hole new outlook to the record book. imo, BUT I ALSO DO UNDERSTAND KEEPING ALL STATS... also nice to see your not dead sev..
I don't think the AHL was used prior to the merge. Since the merge wouldn't be a bad idea. Also it would be cool if the record book was integrated into the website so tris could run a scrip to update it. Example goals in a game record is like 6 I score 8 tonight the scrip updates the book putting me in
I think Justified's 1100 goals in the same game a couple nights ago will be the record to beat, in my opinion.
i asked tris after last season if there had been AHL before and he said there was at one point an AHL, but i love the idea of the updating script.
The AHL teams were used as LGHL at one point also there was no schedule for a season of the AHL and the teams could play as little or as much as they wanted lol.
all lg seasons on record should be in the book. catagorize season by season plus have combined season totals
Just give dr dee all the scoring records .. Kids almost as good as Nemzer . Some say he had a chip implanted in his hands so when on the ice he's untouchable .. Brodie might have to go in deeper with the "competitive advantage " clause
...and have him update all stats via Forum like his game stats to Ghost??... hmmmm.....at least takes a load off of Tris :-D
