Tom Brady misses an entire season, team finishes 4th in points per drive. Peyton Manning misses an entire season, team finishes 28th in points per drive.

Tell me again how Brady is more valuable than Peyton. Also Peyton had a top D in 4 of his seasons. Brady has never won a Superbowl with a team lower than 8th overall in defence.

@JerseyDevils 27 its the SYSTEM. Dunking and diving for check downs. THATS THE EXACT POINT. Any competent QB could do it

Also Belichick is the best coach of all time. Brady has never won a Superbowl when his D isnt in the top 10 in the league.

Greatest coach paired with the greatest qb of all time. Of course there's a system, but Brady executes the system. Just because things fall ways to help the pats sometimes doesn't mean you can knock Brady for it. You can say the same thing about the times he lost as the times he won. If I wasn't a pats fan I'd hate Brady and the pats. But I happen to live in New England so kick rocks and enjoy us living during the TB12 era, Billy Billy

Greatest coach yes. But saying he is the greatest QB when his stats dont back it up is wrong.
He has a worse QBR then the top 5 QBs of his era (Peyton, Rodgers, Big Ben, Brees) in the conference and Superbowls.. He isnt even the best QB is either decade he's played in. His conference playoff game stat lines are terrible almost every year.

The man went 9-0 in the conference finals with this stat line
    0 TD 2 INT 57.5 RATE
    2 TD 3 INT 66.4 RATE
    2 TD 2 INT 68.6 RATE
    0 TD 1 INT 70.4 RATE
    1 TD 0 INT 73.3 RATE
    1 TD 1 INT 76.1 RATE
    1 TD 2 INT 77.1 RATE
    115 YDS 0 TD
    144 YDS 1 TD

You realize the Patriots play different every game depending on teams strengths and weaknesses. Brady doestn have the ego on the goal line and will hand it off.

All I gotta say is give me one quarterback to win 1 game and I'm picking Brady 100/100 times. The guy got it done when it mattered most, and at the end of the day, that's truly the only thing that counts.

The fact that you are using essentially stats to back up your argument shows you are completely removing the human element of the game and treating these guys like robots.

Brady is the most clutch athlete of this generation. One of the greatest competitors in sports history. He could suck for 3 quarters but if he has a shot to win the game in the 4th, he does it. That is the primary reason why they win as much as they do. His competitive nature is unmatched in sports today and it forces the rest of his team to match it and it forces his teammates to elevate their game. The whole patriot way and the way they put in work in the off season is predicated off his back and his commitment to be the greatest.

What is the record of the "greatest coach" in games when he didn't have tom Brady as his QB.... I'll give you a hint, its under .500

Choke Artist Peyton manning has TEN one and dones in his playoff career.

Right "eye test is more important than cold hard stats. You obviously have no research background.
Did Brady's "pure competitiveness that is unmatched" force the KC defender to step offside when Brady threw that pick? Surely his competitive nature made Pete Carroll throw the ball on the one yard line with the best pounding running back in his era on the sideline? Right, his competitiveness gave him that call against the Raiders that was a fumble but refs gave him the call cause he such a "gamer"

I don't think anyone cares, he's won 5 super bowls and made it to 13 AFC championship games in his career. The system may favor him, but he still has to throw the ball. Going to have to give his one a solid Dumb rating.

    Tom Brady's stats in those 9 games i posted earlier: 197 CMP / 328 ATT / 2,092 YDS / 8 TD / 11 INT / 72.9 RATING / 9-0 RECORD
    Peyton Manning's 9 one & dones 202 CMP / 348 ATT / 2,286 YDS / 11 TD / 6 INT / 81.2 RATING / 0-9 RECORD

Hmm.... even when Brady plays worse than Manning in his "One and Dones" he still goes 9-0....hes CLUTCH.
