    All Season 41 Xbox | Season 19 PSN changes are highlighted in YELLOW.

    Article IV Updates

    Section 2.2.11: Public Complaints
    • Added in some clarification to which members can report certain complaints.
    • Any game-related issue must be reported by the team's management.
      • This would include complaints such as late lines.

    Section 3.4: Diving for the Puck - Section 3.5: Self Board Play - 3.6: Ragging the Puck - 3.7: Goaltender Interference
    • Added in some clarification for goals scored within these violations that they will be overturned.

    Section Four: Seasonal Bans Structure
    • Moved the entire section from Article III, 3.1 to Article IV, Section 4.

    Section 5.2 Bidding Removals
    • Adding in some clarification for removals during live bidding sessions.

    Section 5.7: Ineligible Player
    • Whenever an ineligible player is used, if the game had no influence on the game's outcome, both the manager and player will be suspended for each game there is an issue now.

    Section 5.13: Refusal to Play
    • Updated some parts to include players who have been traded to a team and quit/no-show.
      • A player who quits the League after being traded to another team within the first week of the trade.
      • A player who no-shows or misses games after being traded to another team within the first week of the trade.

    Section 6.10: Off-season Infractions
    • Added in some clarification for off-season transfer wire infractions for the newly Drafted Players and if they are used as ECUs or called up prior to the placement.

    Section 6.11.3: Waiving a Player below the Minimum Required Availability
    • Added clarification for players who do not meet the minimum required availability of 5/9.
    • These players are not eligible to be waived.
      • Punishments are outlined as normal.

    Section 6.12: Injured Reserve Violations
    • Added in some clarification Injured Reserve violations where a player either has not been placed on the IR or player has forfeited and not reported by the management.

    Article IV Updates

    Section 2.2.11: Public Complaints
    • Added in some additional clarification to which members can report certain complaints based on last season.
    • Any game-related issue must be reported by the players in the game.
      • This would include complaints such as Diving for the Puck, Self Board Play, Ragging the Puck, Goaltender Interference, Glitching, Rage Quitting.
    • Any game-related issue must be reported by the team's management.
      • This would include complaints such as Late Lines.

    Section 3.4: Positional Restrictions
    • Added some clarification for players who are playing out of position and is now considered as a violation after seeing cases of it the past few seasons.

    Section 4.7: Understanding the Strike System
    • Updated the strike system policy after issues from past seasons.
    • During Weeks 1-6, players who miss three games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Weeks 7-8, players who miss two games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 9, players who miss one game in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Playoffs Weeks 1-4, players who miss one game for the entirety of the playoffs are subject to a league removal.

    Section 5.3: No-Shows
    • Updated the strike system policy after issues from past seasons.
    • During Weeks 1-6, players who miss three games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Weeks 7-8, players who miss two games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 9, players who miss one game in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Playoffs Weeks 1-4, players who miss one game for the entirety of the playoffs are subject to a league removal.

    Section 5.11: Conduct Unbecoming
    • Updated rage quitting and added clarification on who can report.

    Section 5.13: Refusal to Play
    • Effective S43 Xbox | S21 PSN, the following is in effect.
      • A player who quits the League during a bidding session, after being won in a bidding session, or no showing to their team in the first-week of the season with no communication (effective Season 43 Xbox | Season 21 PSN).

    Section 6.1: Late Lines
    • Late lines punishments will be issued the following day due to line confirmations.
    • Punishments will also vary depending the timing of the season.

    Section 6.10.1: Transfer Wire Infractions
    • Added in the exception to this rule for CHL Management who are Drafted prior the Entry Level Draft.

    Section 6.15: Conduct Unbecoming
    • Updated rage quitting and added clarification on who can report.

    Article IV Updates

    Section 2.2.7: League Removal Policy
    • Updated wording clarification for end of season bans (final two weeks), will upgrade to three-season bans.

    Section 3.3: Server Selection Determination
    • Updated proper wording clarification for when a team is found to have abused the server selection process by manipulation.
      • Examples include, invalid lineups, ECUs in the lineups, or deleting/removing a server veto after a given time.

    Section 4.7: Understanding the Strike System
    • Updated the strike system policy after issues from past seasons.
    • During Weeks 1-6, players who miss six games in a season are subject to a league removal.
    • During Weeks 1-4, players who miss four games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 5, players who miss two games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 6, players who miss one game in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Playoffs Weeks 1-5, players who miss one game for the entirety of the playoffs are subject to a league removal.

    Section 5.7: Ineligible Player
    • Added in clarification for players that are not on the team roster.
      • This would include players in an AHL game lineup and ECUing at the NHL level without approval from the AHL managers.
      • This would include players in an CHL game lineup and ECUing at the NHL or AHL level without approval from the NHL or AHL managers.

    Section 5.13: Refusal to Play
    • Effective S43 Xbox | S21 PSN, the following is in effect.
      • A player who quits the League during a bidding session, after being won in a bidding session, or not showing up to their team in the first-week of the season with no communication (effective Season 43 Xbox | Season 21 PSN).

    Section 6.5: Player Rights Violation
    • Players who submit more than seven games of availability for the week, or scheduled for less than four games for the week of play are eligible for this complaint.

    Section 6.11.1: Claiming and Waiving Players
    • Updated the meaning of this rule, the transaction is overturned and the player is returned to his/her original team’s active roster and placed back on the waiver wire.

    Section 6.11.2: Calling Up and Waiving Players
    • Added this in for managers being ineligible to call up a player from the training camp and place a player on the waiver wire.
    • Management is only eligible to call up a player they intend to use and not place the player on the waiver wire without playing a game.
    • The transaction is overturned and the player is returned to his/her original team’s training camp.

    Section 6.11.3: Calling Up, Traded to Another Team, and Waiving Players
    • Added this in for managers are ineligible to call up a player from the training camp, then trade the player to a new team, and place a player on the waiver wire. This is deemed as a circumvention to the previous rule.
    • Management is only eligible to call up a player they intend to use and not trade the player so they can be placed on the waiver wire without playing a game.
    • The transaction is overturned and the player is returned to his/her original team’s training camp.

    Section 6.12.1: Claiming and Waiving Players
    • Added this in for managers are ineligible to call-up a player from the training camp roster and place them back on the waiver wire without having played four games at minimum.
    • Management is only eligible to call up players they intend to schedule, use on their active roster or trade them (but not to waive on the new team, see above). Therefore, a team(s) must show intent prior to calling up the player!
    • The transaction is overturned and the player is returned to his/her original team’s training camp.

    Article IV Updates

    Section 2.7: League Removal by League Staff
    • Added in a section for League Staff to remove players deemed fit for any of the following:
      • Players on active rosters whom do not play games for multiple weeks.
      • Players whom are considered inactive and being moved around via the trade system or being placed on the waiver wire.
      • Players whom have accumulated enough strikes for a week/season.

    Section 3.2: Game Night Deadlines
    • Added in a punishment for management who do not take penalties for being late (game replay).

    Section 4.7: Understanding the Strike System
    • Updated the strike system policy after issues from past seasons.
    • During Weeks 1-7, players who miss six games in a season are subject to a league removal.
    • During Weeks 1-5, players who miss four games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 6, players who miss two games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 7, players who miss one game in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Playoffs Weeks 1-5, players who miss one game for the entirety of the playoffs are subject to a league removal.

    Section 5.2: Bidding Removals
    • Updated clarification for players who quit after having a pending bid and being won by a team (now a Capital Offense for refusal to play)

    Section 5.3: No-Shows
    • Updated the strike system policy after issues from past seasons.
    • During Weeks 1-7, players who miss six games in a season are subject to a league removal.
    • During Weeks 1-5, players who miss four games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 6, players who miss two games in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Week 7, players who miss one game in a week are subject to a league removal.
    • During Playoffs Weeks 1-5, players who miss one game for the entirety of the playoffs are subject to a league removal.

    Section 5.12: Detrimental Act to the Organization
    • Added in a section for management (best practice) to utilize for players who are being a detriment to the team.
    • Upon confirmation from League Staff, management are to file a removal request for the player.
    • Failure to do so, management will be subject to a punishment.

    Section 6.15: Illegal Benching/Sitting of Player
    • Added in a punishment for management who fail to submit a player removal request following approval from League Staff to allow the player to be benched/sat for being a detriment to the team.
