Gauging Interst - NHL 15 Xbox One - 1 vs 1 Bracket League

    Brodie and I have been talking, and gauging interest on doing a NHL 15 Xbox One 1 vs 1 bracket league.

    How it would work is simple, take 32 or 64 single players, Assign NHL teams via some type of lottery system and do a march madness type of bracket, best of 3 type competition.

    EDIT: Was thinking of using your HUT team, but its not possible to play online HUT vs HUT.

    Each round could be a week long and be best of 3 (maybe best of 5-7 in the later rounds), So you would be in charge of scheduling a time with your opponent to play your games during a week long period.

    Only stats that we would take would probably be just the final scores and maybe some team stats (since for OTP, its the actual NHL players and not xbox user stats). We have the scoreboard system already to support brackets of 64 so we could do this fairly quick.

    This would be a good use of the new Xbox One Streaming services, LGTV and Xbox Game clips.

    So the 1st step is guaging interest. If you have the Xbox One version of NHL 15 and would be interested in this, please post your interest below so we can see if this is worth our investment of time and resources.

    the last time i played nhl, you couldn't invite people to play hut. idk if they changed it or not

    You can't choose who you play in HUT so that wouldn't work but Id be interested in a vs bracket
