Goalie Problems (Desperation Saves)

yeah builds do feel different. either its in my head or ea is just being ea

 

EA being EA. There's different attribute rating for each builds, we just can't see them because EA never released them to the public. EA logic.

 

EA never said builds were the same, they said the different goalie stance don't make a difference, not the actual build.

 

yeah idk but i feel a difference in goalie stances, i used default and got scored on easily and when i use my custom one its amazing and takes away certain angles

Goalie stances make no difference what so ever in your abilities. Just a mental thing. If you pick a stance that's low it may seem like you're faster in the crease but you're not. Or if the stance is wide it may make you think you don't need to move as much to make a save.. etc.

 

I can see how your stance may affect the shooters shot placement though. Say a butterfly goalie using a upright stance may induce more low shots feeding into that goalies strengths or a stand up with a low crouch having the opposite effect. Just a thought.

 

Heck yes all the time unless i anticipate the wrap. And pull both triggers and move my LS left or right depending on the wrap my goalie will freeze en route every time.
