Oh ya? What part of SLC? Did you come down too or just her? I've been in SLC my whole life and am now moving with my company i work for to Texas at the end of August.
I'm not sure where she went, it was just her. I didn't go because I was working. I lived in Texas for a few months during my training, I really hated it. I didn't like the weather or terrian at all. Have fun with that
Well, Texas is like no other state in that there are vast differences in the terrain depending where you are. The weather is another thing. There's an expression here that goes, "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute and it will change." It's true. I guess the biggest gripe most people have is the heat. It gets very hot with high humidity. Of course we experience very mild winters. Snow is very uncommon and for the most part our days below freezing are few. So how long were you there? I'm guess San Antonio, right? SA, IMO, is a great city with lots of rich history and cultural diversity. I lived there for little more than a year and loved it. Always something to do.
Yea, I lived in San Antonio from September 2005 - February 2006. In my short stay there I was happy to leave. Don't get me wrong, San Antonio was an awesome city.....just not one I would care to live in. Montana has been quite Texas-ish lately. The past week here in Great Falls has been 100+, it blows. Riding in a Humvee with all my gear on when its 111 out isn't fun, but you were in the Army so I'm sure you know what that is like
I am finally getting around to put some pics up from my wedding in May. The place we had the reception is on the north shore of Long Island and in the back ground is the Roslyn Harbor. If I get a chance I will put some pics up from St Lucia.
I generally avoid pictures of myself of any kind, so the only pictures I could find are ones that I didn't even know were taken until I was browsing through my photography folders.
Well considering most people here are into sports games, they can't be that geeky. I'm sure guys who are hardcore into RPG's are lacking in the lady department. Cool thread nonetheless though. Enjoyed reading from page 1 and remebering the good ole' days of LG. It's funny though, in latdogg's case he first posted in this thread when he was in high school, now last I heard from him on here was that he was getting married and stuff. Not to mention all of old gamers who posted in here, who eventually gave up LG when life caught up with them or what not. Pretty nestalgic thread for LG if you ask me.
Yea, lol. I was 17 when I first joined here at LG and now I'm 21 getting ready to hit 22. Time sure does fly.
Does anyone see the resemblance???? haahha Vesa Toskala Pearson They look indentical!!!! (Besides the facial hair)
Just noticed this thread while browsing around. Here are a couple of pics: One is with my fiance, and another at a college party a few years back.
