Why you think you can do the job?: A large simulation hockey league needs a Players Association to educate players about the RESPONSIBILITIES they must fulfill if they want to earn the privileges of player rights. The Players Association staff ARE NOT like defense attorneys for all players, but do defend the rights of innocent players. I understand that the league must be structured and run in ways that balance the interests of all parties involved (Management, Veteran Players, New Players, League Staff). Looking forward to working for a league that isn't a sinking (sunken) ship.
