    Remember one thing guys!

To do shirts, hats, etc. you must have upfront money to get things made. The alternative, is to come up with ideas, and there are some pretty creative minds here, create a design for the products, take orders then have the items made. But everyone would have to be very patient, because from the time you send in your money to the time you get the product you could be looking at 6 - 8 weeks easy.

Lets see some logo's guys! :D

Sorry, Original no, I've not heard of them. Do they do this type of thing without upfront funds? :)

Seems like it from the little bit I read. You put all your logos on clothing items then you markup the price of the items to your liking. Cafepress keeps the base price and you keep the markup. Sounds real simple but I've never done it so who knows?

Setup Paypal.. Tris.. So we Can help... We cant buy enough merchandise to keep this running for ever so.. i would rather donate.. im already getting something out of it...

i really think if we knew the cost that we could divide it out amongst the core of members and get this recent problem fixed...for example purposes, if it cost 50 bucks and 2 people would want to help... then they would pay 25 a piece.. if there were 5.. it would be 10 dollars a piece.. I know its probably more than 50 but.. we have enough guys that have alot of fun around here that im sure would WANT to help out... And it would be a donation.... you wouldnt get any priviledges other than what you already have... And being a bad member still gets you kicked...

I would think its worth it...

I would like to buy a good hat.. if we go the merchandise way

$14.95 a month, but I believe he went with the annual billing option to save a bit more:

i see some excellent ideas here, keep it coming.

for me, i agree on what nosice said, it will be very hard to maintain the "cash flow" every month (or for a year expenses) just by selling merchandise. EXCEPT IF WE WILL GO OUTSIDE of the leaguegaming community. after buying some merchandises and by using it, we could have some friends finding our designs "artistic" and would like to buy some cool stuffs. this way, the cash flow keep on turning and then we can create a small profit for leaguegaming. better yet, lets make a small corporation consist of the members of the league.

    here's an idea:

    - create like a simple company that produces/designs logo's, or anything sellable to public (using shirts, caps, mugs etc.)

    - profits can go to the expenses of the site, perhaps a % for the designers (extra income for those artistically inclined members) and a company funds.

to set up this "idea" of small business, we need some businessmans, artists, lawyers and "stock holders" (im thinking of the members) and i think these kind of people can be found here in LG

my ideas are just exploding...... maybe ill just type it later until i can finalize it my brain

BUT for the meantime, donation will still be accepted.

Just wondering, wouldn't that basically make a lot more work for people, if he is creating logos and designs for other people?

Me too, that is why I am willing to put some in.

Watch Tris start ending up with $500 from all of us, way more than needed :D. I can just see all of us being way too generous. Not that he doesn't deserve it though!

I know we do, but the way you said it, it appeared as if you were implying Tris doing all the work.
