Did anyone watch the season premier last night? I love this series...I can't wait until next Wednesday. I'd say more but don't want to spoil anything for those who have it Tivo'd.
i watched it, I'm kinda losing interest in the series though as the plot twists are a tad crazy. For example the guy in the tunnel is the assue that jack met while running the up those stadium stairs.... come on
No because I promise myself to not watching Lost Season 2. At first, I had been watching Lost Season, then I was so behind. I gave up and right now I rent Lost Season DVD from Netflix and am catching up with it. I will watch Season 2 dvd later.
Thats the point Tris, everyones lives are intertwined and the people were "chosen" to end up on the island. We just dont know why yet. The premeir was awesome, should be a great season.
That freaked me out when he started talking. I told my wife that's the Aussie from the stadium. Remember Tris...he said he was going to run a race around the world. What did you think of the magnetic field in the "bunker". I'm thinking that Aussie rigged up a powerful electromagnet and that's what ripped the plane apart.
Missed too many episodes last year. I watched a show calle E-Ring on NBC. Benjamin Bratt and Dennis Hopper...Really cool show. It's a Jerry Bruckheimer production. If you like Military suspense (Clancy) you will LOVE this show. Blows the West Wing out of the water.
Lost Episode 2 ----------------- Okay, last nights episode was "so-so", but had some interesting events. The one thing that I found interesting was the logo that the Aussie had on his shirt, as well as on all of the goods that Kate found. You might be saying why is that interesting? Well, I noticed something during one of the underwater sequences when the shark passed by the camera. The shark had the logo on it's tail. At first I thought I was seeing things but I did a quick rewind and paused and sure as $h*t it was the same octagonal logo. This episode left me feeling kinda disappointed, because we were left pretty much in the same spot as last week. The only thing we were left with is a major cliff hanger for next week. Any thoughts?
I found last nights episode a little annoying. First they showed the season premiere before it, then spent 5 minutes showing highlites of the premiere when the episode started. Enough already. It felt like nothing really moved forward since the episode falls in the middle of episode 1 so there was alot of overlap and filling in gaps. I also found the flash backs boring because we already knew he was going to let the kid go to Italy. Nothing knew here. Interesting about the logo though. I did notice something on the shark but didnt catch that it was the logo. I dont have it on tape, what does the logo say? Next weeks looks cool, looks like the guys in the back half of the plane are still alive.
I found a pic of it looking around. shark logo http://img184.imageshack.us/img184/3917/sharktail13gy.jpg
Okay...now I know I'm not the only one that saw it. Damn this show is frustrating. I'm with you though Drake...the flashbacks about Mike losing his son is a story we don't need anymore depth into.
You know GM I watched all of season one, and now I'm thinking of doing the same thing. This show has so many different angles it's downright scary. I've been reading some stuff on one of the numerous LOST message boards. They pick stuff out I never would see. Remember the numbers on the hatch: 4 8 15 16 23 42 They show up in other places in episode 2.1 (Season Two: Episode One). Do you remember the injection that Desmond gives himself? Apparently, the vial has the numbers as this: CR 4-81516-23 42 One other thing...the guy that died in the hospital (2.1) his time of death was 8:15 (Oceanic Flight 815). There's too much going on this show...crazy.
Sorry for the double-post I was looking at the website: www.oceanicflight815.com The official Lost site. If you click on the Explore>the hatch it'll run through some clips. Eventually, you'll see an image of Jack's baggage claim check...it says the date of: 09SEP21 / 4815162342
I'm with Drake that last nights episode was pretty annoying. Hopefully in the future there isn't as much filler and moves at a quicker pace. I was really hoping they would dig further into what happened after the final scene of the last episode.
I like the flashbacks when they add to the story. Some of them were very well done. Its funny though that both episodes 1 and 2 ended at the exact same point, bet thats rare
Is'nt Michelle Rodriguez in the LOST series?? I think I read somewhere on the net that she is. Man I think she is so hot =P~ She got that tough sexy look like if you don't please her she will kick your @$$. Man O Man =P~ =P~ If she is in the series man I am defentily going to start watching
Here's a great thead on Lost. It's a HDTV thread, but usually the topic is about the subject/content of the show, not how good it looks. http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=449662 It's close to 300 pages, starting from last season, so you might just hit the last page and work backwards to read some current discussion. Also, saw this in another place... really freeky: http://www.mygeekyplace.net/montauk_project.html When you read that (logo thingy at the top too) there are too many coincidences with the show to disregard this "story".... I'm thinking the entire plot might be based on this. If you're looking for screen caps, lots of them are here: http://www.lost-media.com And for the truely obsessed people: http://www.lost-forum.com/
