That is probably more the new patch. I had to intentionally wait until the animation goes to the top of his swing, before I swing forward. Was pretty disappointed when my first drive post-patch was in a tournament that involved clearing water, and was nowhere near 100%.
Makes it very little fun, can't hit shots 100% except when I'm trying to hit it 90%, then I can hit it 100%
@Tris10 & I got to talk in an hour long Skype call with Anthony Kyne at HB Studios today, and that was the first question out of his mouth about the stutter swing issue. They've had a couple people duplicate it themselves, and have a work to have that (hopefully) fixed again by end of this week.
interesting that this was braught up, i havent had the lag in any LT but when i played TGC yesterday i was also experiencing this. hopefully they can get it fixed soon!
Well after tying the lead for 1st round with a -14 was doing well intil getting stuck in the rocks when I went too short on the 4th hole. Ended up taking a 10 on that Par 4. Will take a Herculian effort to get to -50 now.
It may be just me, but I've witnessed no lag or choppy swing since my conversation with Anthony earlier this week. Looks like they may have figured out the issue, which is a good thing.
