New Media???

Hello AHL players. Are you satisfied with your current media? Have you become disenfranchised with the current output from our AHL media team? Want something different?

Much like Coke needs Pepsi and McDonalds needs Burger King. Competition builds rivalries and rivalries build the better companies. Overdrive is fine for media but it could be better as I have critiqued in the past. I'm not trying to replace Overdrive but through competition force them to be more creative. Here is my solution!

I'm not interested in telling you the information you can read on the website. I want you to be apart of the conversation! Each week I will be having a round table discussion on topics LG AHL players want to hear about. The new pod cast show that will feature 3-4 different guests each week. Shows will run in the range of 30 minutes and the topics will be varied and topical. The concept is a cross between TSN's off the record and ESPN's Pardon the Interruption. I want to have this up and running in time for week 7 so we can talk all star game and teams push for playoffs.

Want to be a guest and discuss topics everyone talks about in the parties or on group me? Drop me a message here or PM me. I look forward to hearing from the community.

Again Vattyyy I never said I want you guys gone. I just want you guys to produce a better product. I figure me producing a rival product pushes you guys to get better. It was quite obvious Buck was not interested in my help so I'm helping another way. I hope this is good for both media teams.

I'm in the NHL now but I would love to be a part of the AHL media team you are trying to assemble. I honestly feel it's better that I'm in the NHL as I will not have a bias for AHL media coverage because of it. I have experience in several past leagues of hosting radio/podcast shows and have done many write-ups and power rankings, etc. If you'd like to know more or you want to consider having me be a part of it message me on here or on xbox, thanks!

 

@NotoriousFAT 00 I'd definitely be interested. As I mentioned in the LG overdrive thread. I'd be interested in doing a segment on players to target before trade deadline for teams that are in playoff or in the hunt for playoffs.

 

Seems there is a thirst for this type of media! Let the fun begin. To all the interested panelists I will be contacting you and looking to have a brief 5-10 minute chat via an xbox party in the next week. Anyone who has yet to show interest in the show yet but still wants in please comment below and I will contact you soon.
