Please Vote! Region/Province Fantasy Tournament

Hello fellow LG'ers

I wanted to try something different and do a fantasy style tournament to see where the best gamers are located. Please vote based upon where you currently live!

If I get enough votes i'll turn it into a tournament style bracket to have the community decide who ultimately wins. Once I have enough votes I will make another thread to explain the structure. I hope to have this accomplished by next weekend.

Just a note, anything west of Ontario would fall into “Western Canada”.

The idea here that while west lines are becoming more popular on LG, I believe they are still a minority, and they do not all come from Canada.

 

IL and WI are Midwest not Ohio valley.

 

New York should have its own team

 

NY and PA could make a team all by itself , I know this because they ran a region league on PSN and I ran USA NE and 95% of my team was NY and PA

 

oh well, blame the geographical map I used off google. Cant make everyone happy, its a matter of perspective

 

New England: MA, NH, VT, RI, ME
Tri State: NY, NJ, CT
Mid Atlantic: MD, DC, VA, DE, PA
Southeast: NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, LA, MS, AL, AR
Ohio Valley: IN, OH, MI, WV, KY
MidWest: IL, WI, MN, IA, ND, SD, NE KS
Southwest: TX, AZ, NM, OK,
Rocky Mountain: CO, UT, NV, WY, ID, MT
Pacific: WA, OR, CA

See this now has 9 regions which makes doing a bracket complicated. 8 works or you know you could always do your own instead of critiquing mine <3

 

We can combine two regions....prob out SW and Rocky Mt

 

It would be fun to play in a tournament on teams based where you lived. Could even do States and provinces.

How possible or likely is it to try and make this happen again? A lot of people I've seen or talked to would like to actually participate in games. And its been two years since the last one it seems. Would be interesting to try again with the new faces.
