I was a General Manager in RCAA, WWL, and LG (this past season as well as a assistant GM). RCAA Board of director.

I played LG in 2k22 and 2k24. I have played in WWL, SIBA, HOF, LG, RCAA, UPL.

I would say a 4 because my GM last season did nothing so I ended up doing lots of the GM work.

Please explain why you feel that you would be a good candidate for LGBA Ownership?
I would feel I am a good candidate because I am always on the game and already have lots of experience running leagues. I can handle player management, typing in stats weekly and making sure my team remains active. I also have much experience in LG already with GMing in here before making me a fit candidate.

I’m a good candidate because I am very experienced in the league and have been a staff member for the past 7 seasons

Role and Responsibility as an Owner

Owners are responsible for running, managing, and guiding their organization to victory.

They must ensure all their teams are being run correctly by Management, and that they all have a good way to communicate with each other.

In the end, the Owner is responsible for having all of his teams run like a well-oiled machine. He/She should be the first person to jump in and fix a problem on one of his/her teams, as he/she is ultimately responsible for every team in his/her organization. 

Communication between Owners and Staff can ensure a successful season can be had.

Owners are also expected to meet the requirements outlined in the Manager Expectations.

I feel it is my time to shine in the ownership role. I've sat back and watched the league over the past 5 seasons, and I feel like it is my time. I am ready to take the responsibility for outcomes and feel empowered to make the decisions that will lead my team to those outcomes. I will be a transparent owner. I will build my dynasty on the following: integrity, innovation, accountability, honesty, respect, communication and teamwork. These are all core values that make you successful. My team's motto will be "Sucess starts with a vision; one team, one dream, one goal.
