They don't talk about Dynasty much in this as its mostly about campus legend, but the thing that interests me is that you can actually create a highschool, so that almost guarantees create-a-school for dynasty. At the end he teases about dynasty info, but said he wouldn't release that info yet. Bastard :p

Also, the ability to create and upload highlights will be really cool for league play if you can do such things for online games (Which who knows).

Anyway, some good info in there, NO GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE, but some good tidbits to take away from it.

gameplay footage? who needs gameplay footage? I don't need any stinkin' game footage. LOL. last years game was sweet; this years game will be better. Compare Madden 06 (360) and Madden 07 (360): NCAA should have the same step up. Typical EA change the rosters/ tweak the graphics/ put it on the market.

Well I want to see what this "new" football engine they made for NCAA and Madden can do. If they make the dynasty what it was, have accurate stadiums for every team, gang tackling and frickin players staying in bounds when they catch a pass, I'll be happy.

He talked a little about gang tackles, how one player hit in one stop and then another player hit in another spot independently of each other and then bent the runner back. It all sounds very promising.

I'm EXTREMELY anxious to hear about dynasty, I want all the old bells and whistles from last gen + something new even more depth. Time will tell.

Also, I wish they'd ditch the Next-Gen Menu System. I hate that garbage on EA Games. I much prefer the old style's like what 2k still uses for menus.

There's a just a few changes and Jcon pretty much eluded to one them.. And that was the catches and momentum..

    MAJOR CHANGES
I would love to see them just make the players more aware of where they are on the field.. Like some catches where they make the catch but dont make the toe tap to stay in bounds or on 3rd down on "hitches" and "curls" where they come back past the 1st down line .. Just make them more aware of the situation..

I would love for them to get rid of that STUPID pre hike animation where there walking to the line and you cant do anything on Defense until the animation is over or the offense player skips through it... Its not that cool anymore.

    MINOR CHANGES
Also Talking NCAA Give me some changes in band songs between plays.. Wouldnt it be nice to change up some of the same old crap everytime..

Shadows is probably another thing that drives me nuts.. It's realistic but man you play in Dallas in Madden or Florida in NCAA and it gets a little overwhelming..

Other than that give me some individual defensive 'hot routing' And i think we have a great game again...

they should be after the remarkable season they had. EA loves a cinderella story too. They might be one of the top 10 ranked teams and the badgers at 12-1 will probably stay about the same as on last years game, but with PJ ranked a lot higher. PJ better be ranked @ least a 90!

I agree with all your changes too nosice...with one more: they need to bring back reverses and fun trick plays. That and the option are what college games are all about. You guys remeber that WR screen to td pass Michigan State Pulled on Notre Dame last season? THey need to have plays like that on the game...flea flickers, statue of liberty, hook and ladder, reverse passes, kickoff gimmicks, and return reverses ect... LOL you guys would hate me in next season.

You'd think they'd almost have to after the Fiesta Bowl last year.

Weren't these a focus on the xbox version last year? If so, there is no excuse in not having them this year.

Yeah the trick plays were in the "current-gen" games last season. Field awareness is the best way to characterize what I've been talking about and what nosice discussed in more depth. Its ridiculous to have guys come back over the first down line(or the endzone in my game against Army for Madden). Receivers in real life know to stay in the endzone or to run their route beyond the first down line.

I just read the article in the new Game Informer about All Pro 2k8. I've gotta check out the demo when/if it comes out; it sounds so much better than Madden ever has been....with the exception of not having the NFL liscense

no player ratings, : "Because the team isn't bound by trying to recreate how the patriots play (which games barely do right) or whether the third string lineback has an acceleration rating of 73 or 70, it lets you create and exploit the differences amoung teams".

AI; "The CPU AI will now make full use of its playbooks, players and pay more attention to how you play the game....defenses utilize different formation shells....cpu backs have been taught to see holes and cutback lanes..."

they talk about the game animations being much more realistic than in previous years; qb's won't throw money passes while being tackled; players can actually get hurt. I went through 4 seasons on madden'07 without injury...I was my injury-plagued Packers.

I loved madden up until 07 (06 for the 360 sucked too)....this game sounds like it has much better, more thought out gameplay; whereas madden is the same game almost every year. I'm a big EA fan and never cared much for 2k (except MLB 07 is sweet), I'm probably going to buy 2k8 before I buy Madden (It'll be a force of habit, but I'm sure I'll still buy madden). anyway everyone buy NCAA 08 though, b/c NCAA will probably be the best football title for the second straight yeAR.

Change 2nd straight year, to like 8th straight year. It's been better than Madden every year since before I can remember, at least since '03 when Harrington was on the cover.

I really digged NCAA 06 on the original Xbox. That game was awesome. We had some sweet leagues over at XGP too. That is the only NCAA game I have ever played besides NCAA 07 on my PSP.

I think NCAA 07 was one of the best football games I've ever played.

    Top 5 football video games:
    1) Tecmo Superbowl NES
    2) Deion Sanders Prime Time Football Sega Genesis
    3) Bill Walsh College Football (94?) Sega Genesis
    4) NCAA 07 XBOX 360
    5) Tie (couldn't decide which to add into the top 5)
    Madden 06 XBOX
    NCAA 06 XBOX
    Blitz The League Xbox

I remember the old College Football USA. Now that game had style, where you could take a receiver from "Columbus" and they would dunk it over the field goal post after a TD.
