S12 Minnesota Wild: -130.71 Goals per Game This Season Total Goals scored was 7735 (5.896) this is +3.24% up from last season, Being the Last Season for NHL 21 we can now review Goals per Video Game which for NHL 21 was 5.843 this is -5.68% down from NHL 20. The Ottawa Senators ended their 10 season playoff drought, Going all the way to the conference finals, which was what they did the last time they made the playoffs. The new longest playoff drought belongs to The Buffalo Sabres who haven't made the playoffs or had a positive Season Rating since S11 (6 straight seasons) The Vegas Golden Knights won their first playoff series and went on to win it all becoming the first expansion team in the LGPSN to win a Stanley Cup after becoming the 2nd to win a playoff series, There is no longer a single team that hasn't won a playoff series. This S17 Vegas team had the best rated season for a pacific team. The Seattle Kraken had their worst season which saw them not make it past the round or make the playoffs for the first time in franchise history, This ends their streak at 5. The Longest active playoff streak is held by Washington who have made the playoffs 10 straight seasons (Since S8). the playoff win streak (Getting atleast one playoff) is held by both Florida and Washington at 6 seasons (Since S12) The Boston Bruins Streak of not being able to win a playoff series continues reaching 16 straight seasons (No wins Since S1) The Arizona Coyotes and Carolina Hurricanes Both made the Conference Finals for the second season in a row this hasn't happened since S8-S9 The Edmonton Oilers had their 3rd straight 50 win season, Only one of those teams has made it to the conference finals and only one game there. The Winnipeg Jets won their 2nd ever playoff series, tying their record for playoff wins at 5 (S11). Colorado now has the highest winning% and GFPG While Toronto has the most Points Earned and Least Goals Against and in turn the least GAPG Thank you for Reading, See you at the end of next season.
