just defending my line mate like any other hockey player would, hope to see you in the finals if we make it

 

Ok well Fournier didn't have super team in front of him? We're clearly an average family of guys

 

Lots of dick grabbing going on lately.

 

we also didn't have a star studded lineup all year we added two incredible talents in the last 2 weeks in brad and fio
our defense has been criticized all season on not being very good and duster allowed our weaker d to play and reward
our team with solid goaltending.so keep in mind star studded in misleading we did the same as everyone else and made
trades when they helped improve our team we were a work in progress all season.

back to the point here is whether its Fournier or duster both are very good golies and both established themselves as
two of the premiere goalies in the league so congrats to both of them.the winner will be deserving so good luck both guys

 

maybe we can get a few owners who are quality good all around guys and let them vote kinda like baseball and hockey what is it the sports writers
who vote and the lester b pearson where the community votes/obviously for each award any team who has players nominated can vote but it doesn't
become a popularity contest have like 8 owners in a party and literally debate the players numbers till there is a winner.you pick the owners this way
there is no favoritism.just an idea

In the games where he finished with low shot totals, they weren't by any means easy saves. He might not have put up 20 saves a game but when we needed a big save to keep us in the game, or lock up the game and keep the momentum he made it.

Example: (Even though playoffs don't count) just last series against Dallas in the elimination game score was 2-1 us, Dallas got a breakaway that could have changed the outcome of the game or series and duster came up big and made the save.

Good luck to everyone nominated... And I may be a bit bias, but duster for vezina is a absolute no-brainer

All I gotta say is Duster got left out of that part where he helped the team u don't like me falling asleep early or being wasted A1? NASHVILLE WANTS THE CUP

To sum up;

Canes = average family

You peeps should give yourselves a bit more credit. You guys have a solid forward group, in fact you scored more goals then we did being 2nd in goals for. You arguably one of the best defense cores in the league as well. You've have had almost your entire defense basically since the start of the year as well.

Hold ma DD and whip had a .777 win percentage

Taffy had a .750 win percentage.

al x rms had a .730 win precentage.

Goblin and Teach had a .700 win percentage.


That's insane to have all 6 of your defenseman to have that kind of win percentage. I don't think anyone else in the league has that kind of depth defensively.

Carolina is one of the only teams that are deep in everything. I would consider that elite depth for as I said your guy's offense was 2nd in goals, have probably the deepest defense this season all of which have a .700 winning percentage or higher.


Just saying.
