    Officially, if there was enough interest. I could support this. We could use the existant paypal system we already have for automatically doing a ban buyout/account upgrade, So the system could be automatic. Then after the tournaments we simply issue "refunds" to the accounts of the winners. But that would mean the buy ins are done in PayPal.
