League Reaction.

All things considered, after playing the early release of 15 and realizing that there were a handful of changes, and the sake for advancement of the league, I agree with this decision and support the management for it. I voted 14 originally but it's tough to blame the people who own, run, and maintain this league for considering the best interest of the hockey league as a whole over helping some people's wallets.

 

@Ozzyng2 there is other leagues on LG and that is still supporting LG so stop with all that dumb shit please. Thanks.

It seemed like this was going to be the decision all along I don't know why we even had the vote it wasn't going to change anything either way

 

It is by far the right move
1- It was already 50/50
2- by oct seasons start, some players will have changed there mind and fold in and buy it cuz of NHL starting up.
3- by season 2 of nhl 15 people will be itching to play.
etc...

 

I have inside sources that the dump has been fix - confirmed.

On a serious note. The point of the discussion about '14 or '15 was whether people are not buying EA games or if the game was changed from one year to the other. As I stated in the past....only about 10% of people saying they are protesting EA and not paying them are actually not giving EA money, while almost all the others are just looking out for themselves and trying to save a buck to spend elsewhere. "Personal" gain that wasn't a vote for the best interest of the "League" (LGHL) and THAT is what this is about. I hope people understand that this is a focus on the LGHL and its best interest.

 

Point me in the direction of people trying to save a buck for different games, all I saw was people saying it's the same game with a patch and they didn't want to spend 60 bucks for a patch. This was never about personal gain for most of us, just people who knew they didn't want 15 because it was the same game and didn't see a point to switching.

Depending if the people who voted 14 cave in, LGHL just cut off half it's player-base hypothetically, that's always good.

 

A lot of guys with no thumbs are sad today. A lot of guys with thumbs are ok with it.

 

I get both sides of it but it really doesn't matter.

 

If the plan was to keep as many users as possible.. This is definitely the wrong choice.

 

considering between the 3 leagues only approx. 1600 players would be needed...... we can literally lose half the league and be just fine. Love you all but quit complaining and I will see you whenever you come back. Sick of people whining for the last 3 weeks. EA screwed people over, LG is making the right decision, go find something else to do if you aren't going to play... damn this shit is getting old.

 

its better to lose some and gain some, then lose some and lose some more 14 s.

 

No one has made the truly right decision until they sell their failbox and pick up the superior PS4.

Definately a good call going with 15. The pros out weigh the cons. New players will join on a new game which will replace some of the players lost.

 

The league must do what it thinks is best ; I just hope enough noise has been made and enough people boycott '15 so our community can finally get some friggen respect and accountability from EA.

 

And you'll probably still get screened in 15. Remember to not play dodgeball with the puck when in net.
