Good game overall but i feel like the traits shouldn't take away, Cause it seems like all the traits that u add take away from either wrist shot or slap shot which in my opinion is a bust to even use them for certain builds. Also i feel like the pokes are fixed but there are way too many tripping calls maybe tone that down a bit and last thing the menus are not very user friendly there was nothing wrong with the old menus, If it ain't broke don't fix it. But overall the gameplay is awesome love the new skating and 1v1v1 mode. Oh and please make a 1v1v1 play a friend mode.
Fix pokechecks. Only ppl who like the current are the forwards. Only thing you can do on defense is hit. Absolute garbage. Good luck finding many d man in bidding next season with this garbage
Who really cares about servers and lag outs? Fuck. Add in captaincy options in EASHL Club. At least you lag out looking like a badass

Don’t change pokes I like it now you actually have to play defense instead of spamming the R1 . Love it people need to quit . Plus please tone down speed of bigger guys just a touch. All in All love it NHL 19
Nobody wants NHL18 pokes, but the tripping calls need toned down ever so slightly. Poking from behind should be a penalty every time, but poking face-to-face or side-to-side with a guy is hit or miss. I think if we tweak it minimally it would be the sweet spot for everyone.
Poke checks in 18 way too easy to knock puck off opponents stick and NOT trip someone, thus SPAM POKES! 19 beta poke checks way too easy to get a tripping penalty, so a slight tone down on trips is needed in my opinion. Love the hitting and skating.

The goalie movement is too slow they should improve that like they did the skating also After a desperate save the goalie still getting stuck In the animation
The very thing i would hate to see is a pay for boosts with irl money.. That will ruin and destroy any and all online play..
Would also be nice if some tipped shots from the point ISN"T on net, it would be more realistic. Again in my opinion.
Less interested in new features - fix the same old problems that we had with 18. Puck pick ups, less one timer whiffing, more realistic physics, etc.
One timers feel inconsistent but probably because having a one timer perk forced them to revert back and make the one timer its own shot. I was never really a fan of it that and since the premade player builds never messed with the values I thought it became a nice change to scoring. I'm okay with it being different player to player but the perk (or slap shot, or strength) should be a significant modifier. Lots of bad misses or hit with the purse.
I enjoyed the game so far all modes. Too many penalties for tripping some instances aren’t tripping. We didn’t get to see HUT, they need to make it like fifa’s FUT. especially having a search for specific player. Maybe bring back 3 stars at end of game, i liked seeing that. Coming from nhl 15 on xbox360 game actually went down hill switching to xbox one. This game to me is now coming back in right direction. I need to play more for a better opinion. I already preordered so see you all in NHL19
